Jimmy’s Figures –On Saturday, the Dallas Cowboys Ring of Honor will officially induct great coach Jimmy Johnson, making it a momentous day as well. After winning the Super Bowl in 1992 and 1993 back-to-back, he became the 24th member to be inducted. Primetime Lions: In 2023, the Detroit Lions have performed admirably in primetime situations. The Lions and the 12-3 Baltimore Ravens are tied for the greatest record at 4-0 during primetime. a notable improvement over the 8–18 record in primetime games played since 2000.

QBs selected in the 2016 NFL Draft: On Saturday, Dak Prescott and Jared Goff will try to represent the class. The Los Angeles Rams selected Goff with the first overall choice in 2016, while the Cowboys selected Prescott in the fourth round. In terms of QB victories, throwing touchdowns, and Pro Bowl selections since being drafted, both are ranked in the top 10.

Hutchinson leads the team with 6.5 sacks and 23 QB hits, but the Lions have benefited from 17 players recording at least one sack this season. A number that leads the NFL.

Historic Start for Lamb – CeeDee Lamb reached the 5,000 scrimmage yards milestone last weekend during the loss to Miami. He became just the sixth wide receiver to reach 5,000 yards in their first four seasons, joining an impressive list. Only Jerry Rice, Torry Holt, Randy Moss, Michael Thomas, and Justin Jefferson have also achieved the feat.

Youthful Lion Kings – Detroit’s rookie duo of Jahmyr Gibbs and Sam LaPorta are just the second pair of rookie teammates to score at least nine touchdowns each in their debut season. The only other pairing to do so was Abner Haynes and Johnny Robinson with the Dallas Texans in 1960.
