sad news coming from NHL
Maybe don’t pick the team clown if you’re going to label a teammate elderly.
Brandon Duhaime, a forward for the Minnesota Wild, discovered the hard way on Thursday not to mess with veteran teammate Marc-Andre Fleury.
Following Minnesota’s game at the Xcel Energy Center against the Montreal Canadiens, the Wild goalkeeper took Duhaime’s clothes.
Duhaime was seen wearing a jacket but no shirt as he left the arena.

On Tuesday, Duhaime took a jab at Fleury’s age in an intermission interview during their game against the Boston Bruins.
“It’s unbelievable [to watch Fleury compete],” Duhaime said in the interview. “I mean for him to do this at 50, it’s special and he’s awesome. He’s a great teammate, a great player and you see what he’s doing out there at 50.”

Naturally, Fleury, the well-known practical joker, would not allow that remark to pass without having the final say.
Fleury assured Michael Russo of The Athletic’s Wild beat writer that he was certain Duhaime would locate his clothes.
If Duhaime hopes to make it through the Minnesota winter, he will need them.
