Two charged with second-degree murder in connection to killing of 18-year-old man

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — Two suspects have been charged with second-degree murder in connection to the shooting death of a man that occurred in February along Lakeside Avenue in Henrico County.
On Monday, March 4, the Henrico County Division of Police took 18-year-old Jaiden Akiva-Nadir and 21-year-old Diamond Chrishell Henley into custody on the charges of second-degree murder and using a firearm in the commission of a felony.
Detectives with Henrico Police searched for a third suspect, 22-year-old Travis Lamar Paige, Jr. who was later arrested on Friday, March 15.
This comes after a man, identified as 18-year-old Aidan Cameron, of Henrico County, was found with multiple gunshot wounds at 12:06 a.m. Monday, Feb. 26 in a yard behind an apartment building at the 1600 block of Lakeside Avenue.
The man was then taken to an area hospital, where he died due to his injuries, according to police.

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. — Two people were arrested and a third remained on the run in connection to the murder of a Henrico County teenager.
Aidan Christopher Cameron, 18, of Henrico County, was found with gunshot wounds behind an apartment building along the 1600 block of Lakeside Avenue on February 26, 2024, according to police. He was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Jaiden Akiva-Nadir Fowlkes, 18, and Diamond Chrishell Henley, 21, both of Henrico, were later arrested in connection to the crime.
“On Monday, March 4, 2024, Henrico Police took two adults into custody on charges of 2nd-degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony,” a Henrico Police spokesperson wrote in an email. “Detectives within the Henrico County Police Division continue to search for a third suspect, Travis Lamar Paige, Jr., 22, who is wanted on warrants of 2nd-degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.”
