Sky Sports share how many new signings West Ham could make before 11pm tomorrow

West Ham United may have finished their incoming business in the summer transfer window, according to Sky Sports.

The newspaper said on Thursday, August 31, that the Hammers are still looking for a new forward on its website.

However, there is a “chance” that no fresh additions will be made because potential moves for Sevilla’s Youssef En-Nesyri and PSG’s Hugo Ekitike are “difficult,” according to Sky Sports.

According to Sky Sports, West Ham are still looking to add a forward in the closing days of the transfer season and are still in contact with Paris Saint-Germain with Hugo Ekitike. “For the 21-year-old, a loan and a permanent move are being discussed.

“West Ham and Sevilla are still in contact regarding Youssef En-Nesyri. Both transactions are challenging to execute, although there is a likelihood that West Ham’s inbound business gets completed.

The summer transfer season has been an intriguing one for West Ham thus far, although things got off to a disastrous start when top player and club captain Declan Rice unexpectedly left the club.

Fans began to worry that he wouldn’t be effectively replaced as the weeks passed, but their worries were allayed when Edson Alvarez and James Ward-Prowse showed up at the London Stadium.

After bolstering his midfield, David Moyes shifted his attention to his defense, signing former Arsenal center-back Konstantinos Mavropanos from Stuttgart to support defenders like Kurt Zouma and Nayef Aguerd.

It appears that the manager should now strengthen his offensive options, but he is sadly running out of time to sign either Ekitike or En-Nesyri.

According to Sky Sports (30 August), a deal for a different target, Corinthians striker Yuri Alberto, has fallen through, and it may be the same for the other two targets.
