Cheetahs sign three new stars.

Frans Steyn has reinforced the Cheetahs for the 2025 Currie Cup with contract renewals and new signings.

Mihlali Mosi, who turned out for the Cheetahs between 2021 and 2022, returns from the Bulls. The loose forward, known for his strong ball-carrying and defence, is familiar to Cheetahs fans and adds valuable experience.

Thabang Mahlasi also rejoins, the former Shimlas captain adding leadership and physicality to the back row.

Frankie Dos Reis, a versatile tighthead prop from the Toyota Academy and former Shimlas standout, brings strength and mobility to the front row as the Cheetahs prepare for a tough domestic campaign.

The Cheetahs’ Currie Cup campaign kicks off against the Boland Cavaliers in Wellington on 27 July, and in preparation they are scheduled to take on Griquas on 4 July in Bultfontein and Georgia in Bloemfontein a week later.
