R22 ALW Match Preview: Brisbane Roar vs Western Sydney Wanderers
Brisbane Roar will have their final chance to chase finals football as they face Western Sydney Wanderers at Perry Park this Sunday evening.
Roar are currently trailing behind Canberra United who are sixth place on the ladder, with just two points separating the two sides that are looking to lock their spot in finals.
After returning from their Singapore tour that saw them defeat a WPL All Stars side 7-1, Brisbane will be determined to end their winning streak in front of home support this Sunday.

Defender Chelsea Blissett reflected on the Singapore trip and has her eyes set on making finals football with getting the win over the Wanderers this Sunday.
“I think the [Singapore] trip was really great, it was a really good bonding experience. It was something that really boosted us as a squad and brought us together,” Blissett said.
“This weekend we really want to do it for the fans, do it for each other and do it for the club and bring home the three points and make our way into the top six to keep our finals hopes alive and keep our season going,” she added.
