Given that Harry Kane played such a significant role for Spurs for almost ten years, it’s reasonable to argue that Ange Postecoglou has handled things effectively.
Prior to an injury crisis that occurred last month, the Australian manager had Tottenham leading the standings. Spurs are now in the top five and have shown good play despite a downturn before to their 4-1 victory over Newcastle.
Kane on what’s shocked him since leaving Tottenham
Speaking with TNT Sports, Kane said that he was unaware of the amount of work that goes into relocating overseas.
“It’s been challenging,” Kane remarked. Since it was my first professional move, I doubt I realized how much work goes into it.
Not only with the group, but also with the family’s private matters. It’s wonderful to get things resolved. Thankfully, we have finally located a house and plan to move in after the Christmas break.
“There are a ton of things to arrange, including job permits and housing and educational opportunities! However, the league has been excellent overall, with very high standards. Regretfully, we are currently ranked second in the league, so we need to improve there.
“This is a familiar stadium for me, but even playing in new stadiums, different fans, it’s given me a real excitement.”
It’s certainly a surprise to hear Kane admit he’s found the move difficult when you look at his form on the pitch.
The former Spurs man has starred under Thomas Tuchel and popped up with a vital assist to help Bayern to a win at Manchester United on Tuesday evening.
Spurs fans won’t be surprised to see Kane excelling in Germany though and the blow of losing a club legend has been softened by the fact their side has faired well without him so far.
